How to use the Calculator
Using the Shared Ownership calculator is straightforward. To make things easier, you just need to ensure you know the following information first:

    Housing Association Rent


    The Housing Association rent is calculated on the share of the property that you don’t own – which is charged at 2.75%. For example, if you buy a 60% share of the home you pay 2.75% rent on the remaining 40%.
